A person, firm, corporation, association, agent or employee violating the Fantasy Contest Act shall be subject to a civil penalty of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each separate violation not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), which shall accrue to the state as an administrative remedy as established in Section 97-33-315.Amended by Laws, 2017, ch. 336, HB 967, 5, eff. 7/1/2017.Added by Laws, 2016, ch. 488, § 6, eff. 5/12/2016.
