(1) A person commits the crime of bribe receiving by a juror if he intentionally or knowingly solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any benefit upon an agreement or understanding that his vote, opinion, decision or other action as a juror will thereby be influenced.(2) Bribe receiving by a juror is a Class 1 felony.
