Upon failure to complete the community service sentence, the case shall be restored to the court calendar for resentencing and a warrant for the arrest of the defendant shall immediately be issued.Laws, 1983, ch. 447, § 9; reenacted, Laws, 1987, ch. 367, § 9, eff. 7/1/1987.
