Section 99-21-5 - Bonds to be filed with circuit clerk

Any bond or recognizance taken shall be delivered at once to the clerk of the circuit court before which the party is bound to appear, and, in case of forfeiture, like proceedings shall be had thereon as in other cases.Codes, 1880, § 3122; 1892, § 1472; 1906, § 1544; Hemingway's 1917, § 1306; 1930, § 1332; 1942, § 2579.
