Section 99-23-15 - Bonds over two hundred dollars returned to circuit clerk

All bonds taken as provided in this chapter, and exceeding in amount two hundred dollars, shall be returned by the officer taking them to the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county on or before the first day of the next term of said court, and shall be by such clerk carefully preserved in his office.Codes, 1880, § 3132; 1892, § 1482; 1906, § 1554; Hemingway's 1917, § 1316; 1930, § 1342; 1942, § 2589.
