It shall be the duty of the district attorney whenever informed by the grand jury, or otherwise reliably, of the breach of any peace bond, to institute proceedings thereon as provided in § 99-23-21.Codes, 1892, § 1484; 1906, § 1556; Hemingway's 1917, § 1318; 1930, § 1344; 1942, § 2591.
