Section 99-35-111 - Bail after conviction of misdemeanor; judge may fix amount of bond

The circuit judge of the district or presiding on the trial, or a supreme judge, may, in any case, fix the amount of the bond to be given under Section 99-35-109, and the clerk shall act accordingly.
