Section 99-35-113 - Failure of appellant on bond to appear in misdemeanor cases

If the judgment in a case of misdemeanor be affirmed, and the appellant shall not surrender himself to the proper sheriff, according to the condition of his bail-bond, or shall not appear before the circuit court as the case may require, said court shall proceed as in any other case of forfeited bail-bond.
