Section 99-43-11 - Prosecutor's duty to confer with victim prior to disposition

The prosecuting attorney shall confer with the victim prior to the final disposition of a criminal offense, including the views of the victim about a nol pros, reduction of charge, sentence recommendation, and pre-trial diversion programs. Laws, 1998, ch. 577, § 6, eff. 1/1/1999.
