Section 99-43-8 - Victim's right to receive copy of initial incident report

Upon request, the victim has the right to receive, from the appropriate law enforcement agency, free of charge, a copy of the initial incident report of the case subject to any confidentiality requirements provided by law. Laws, 2012, ch. 518, § 2, eff. 7/1/2012.
