Title I LAWS AND STATUTES Chapter 3 Effective - 28 Aug 1959 3.080. Original rolls furnished revisor. — The secretary of state shall deliver to the revisor of statutes the original rolls of all laws of a general nature which are necessary to enable the committee to incorporate in editions of the revised statutes or in supplements or pocket parts thereto all laws required to be included therein by this chapter. The revisor of statutes is responsible for the safekeeping of the original rolls while they are in his possession and shall, as soon as the comparisons required by this chapter are completed, return same to the secretary of state's office. -------- (L. 1949 p. 545 § 3.08, A.L. 1959 S.B. 88)
