Teen dating violence awareness month, February designated as. — The month of February is hereby designated as 'Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month' in the state of Missouri. One in three teens in the United States will experience physical, sexual, or emotional abuse by someone with whom they are in a relationship before they become adults.
