Title III LEGISLATIVE BRANCH Chapter 21 Effective - 28 Aug 1957 21.360. Voting for another member — penalty. — Any member of the house of representatives who through the medium of any voting station, records the vote of another member, or who authorizes another member, or other person, to record his vote, and any person, other than a member of the house, who through the medium of a voting station, records the vote of any member is guilty of a felony, and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than three nor more than ten years. ­­-------- (L. 1947 V.
