Title III LEGISLATIVE BRANCH Chapter 23 Effective - 28 Aug 1957 23.020. Duties of committee. — The committee shall perform the following services for the members of the general assembly: (1) Provide a research and reference service on legislative problems; (2) Upon written request, make investigation into legislative and governmental institutions of this state or other states to aid the general assembly; (3) Upon written request, assist and cooperate with any interim legislative committee or commission created by the general assembly; (4) Upon written request, draft or aid in drafting bills, resolutions, memorials and amendments and render any other service in connection therewith for any member of the general assembly. -------- (L. 1943 p. 632 § 14743A, A.L. 1957 p. 595) CROSS REFERENCE: Revision of statutes, duties of committee, Chap. 3
