Plan submitted to vote, when. — The presiding officer of the house in which a resolution disapproving a reorganization plan has been introduced, unless the resolution has been previously accepted or rejected by that house, shall submit it to a vote of the membership not sooner than ten days or later than sixty days after the submission by the governor of the reorganization plan to which the resolution pertains. -------- (L. 1967 p. 98 § 3)
