Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH Chapter 29 Effective - 28 Aug 1995 29.100. Rules and regulations — promulgation, procedure. — The state auditor shall make and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations for the administration and enforcement of his powers and duties pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and chapter 536.
