Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH Chapter 29 Effective - 28 Aug 1983 29.150. Records not to duplicate those of commissioner of administration — retention and destruction, duties. — The state auditor is authorized to keep such records as may be necessary for the proper performance of his duties; provided, however, that he shall not keep any original records which duplicate the records kept by the commissioner of administration.
