Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH Chapter 33 • Effective - 28 Aug 1945 33.450. Fiscal agent to furnish board with statement. — The said board of fund commissioners shall require the bank selected as the fiscal agent of the state to furnish the board a statement of the amount of money received by said bank for the payment of interest on the bonds of the state, as aforesaid.
