Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH Chapter 36 • Effective - 28 Aug 1945 36.460. Violation by employee — penalty. — Any person holding any position of employment covered by the provisions of this chapter who shall willfully violate any provision hereof shall forfeit his or her position as well as his or her eligibility rating and for a period of at least five years from and after the date of such violation shall be ineligible for appointment to or employment in any position covered by this law. -------- (L. 1945 p. 1157 § 47)
