Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS Chapter 115 • Effective - 28 Aug 2002 115.137. Registered voters may vote in all elections — exception. — 1. Except as provided in subsection 2 of this section, any citizen who is entitled to register and vote shall be entitled to register for and vote pursuant to the provisions of this chapter in all statewide public elections and all public elections held for districts and political subdivisions within which he resides. 2.
