Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS Chapter 115 • Effective - 28 Aug 1979 115.149. Election authorities' registration jurisdictions. — 1. Within its jurisdiction, each election authority may register any person who is qualified to register in the jurisdiction. Each election authority may issue information cards to registered voters. 2.
