Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS Chapter 115 • Effective - 28 Aug 1978 115.331. Receipt to be given for filed petition. — When any petition is offered for filing with the secretary of state or an election authority under the provisions of this chapter, the officer receiving the petition shall prepare and issue to the person submitting the petition a receipt indicating the number of petition pages presented from each county.
