Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS Chapter 115 • Effective - 13 Jun 1996, see footnote 115.401. General election candidates, list to be sent to election authorities, when. — Not later than the tenth Tuesday prior to each general election, the secretary of state shall send to each election authority a certified list containing the name and address of each person who has filed a declaration of candidacy in the secretary of state's office and is entitled to be voted for at the general election, together with a statement of the office for which such person is a candidate and the party such person represents or that such person is an independent candidate. ­­-------- (L. 1977 H.B. 101 § 10.195, A.L. 1985 H.B. 620, A.L. 1996 H.B. 1557 & 1489) Effective 6-13-96
