Title V MILITARY AFFAIRS AND POLICE Chapter 40 • Effective - 28 Aug 1984 40.220. New trial, petition by accused when, grounds — time limitation. — At any time within two years after approval by the convening authority of a court-martial sentence which extends to dismissal, dishonorable or bad conduct discharge, the accused may petition the governor for a new trial on ground of newly discovered evidence or fraud on the court-martial. ­­-------- (L. 1984 H.B. 1035 § 73)
