Title V MILITARY AFFAIRS AND POLICE Chapter 41 • Effective - 28 Aug 1993, 2 histories 41.430. Officers and enlisted personnel, compensation and allowances for active duty. — Officers, warrant officers and enlisted personnel of the organized militia on active duty in the service of the state shall receive as compensation the same pay, longevity and allowances as are or may be provided for members of like grade and branch of service in the Armed Forces of the United States.
