Title V MILITARY AFFAIRS AND POLICE Chapter 41 • Effective - 28 Aug 1951, 2 histories 41.750. Campground or armory — intrusion — penalty. — The commanding officer or his representative may place under arrest any person who trespasses upon any campground, parade ground, field exercise, armory or other place devoted to militia duty, or who in any way or manner interrupts or molests the orderly discharge of militia duty, or who disturbs or prevents the passage of troops going to or returning from any duty.
