Title V MILITARY AFFAIRS AND POLICE Chapter 44 • Effective - 28 Aug 1955 44.130. Regulations to be filed with secretary of state — violations — penalty. — 1. Every plan, rule and regulation adopted by the governor under the provisions of this law and every amendment thereof shall be filed in the office of the secretary of state. 2.
