Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 49 • Effective - 30 Apr 1982, see footnote 49.430. Bond of contractor. — The superintendent shall take from the contractor a bond to the county, with sufficient security, for the performance of the work at the time and in the manner agreed on, according to the plan, under a penalty at least one hundred ten percent of the amount to be given for erecting the building.
