Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 50 Effective - 28 Aug 1949 50.430. Commission determination final, when — interest — misdemeanor. — Unless the delinquent appear on the first day of the next succeeding term and show good cause for setting aside such settlement, same shall become final and the amount found due shall bear interest at the rate of thirty percent per annum until paid.
