Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 50 Effective - 28 Aug 1988 50.850. Counties reimbursed for expense of prosecuting crimes committed within state correctional facilities, how computed, limitation. — The office of administration may reimburse counties, out of funds appropriated by the general assembly, for expenses related to the prosecution of crimes occurring within institutions under the supervision and management of the department of corrections. Such expenses shall not exceed fifty percent of expenses.
