Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 51 Effective - 28 Aug 1994 51.286. Deputies and assistants, compensation (third class counties). — 1. The clerk of the county commission in each county of the third class is entitled to employ deputies and assistants and for the deputies and assistants, is allowed not less than the amount allowed in 1994. 2.
