Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 56 • Effective - 28 Aug 2018, 2 histories 56.814. Retirement age, creditable service required for normal annuity. — 1. Any person who became a member prior to January 1, 2019, who has attained the age of sixty-two years and who has twelve years or more of creditable service as prosecuting attorney or circuit attorney may retire with a normal annuity as determined in subsection 3 of section 56.840. 2.
