Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 59 Effective - 28 Aug 1969 59.180. County commission to provide office and supplies. — It shall be the duty of the county commission to furnish a suitable room in which the office shall be kept, and to furnish all fuel, books, stationery, and supplies required in and about the office, and all deeds, deeds of trust, mortgages, and other instruments affecting real property situated in range thirty-three, or fixtures attached or to be attached thereto, shall be recorded in a well-bound book or books, to be kept at the office in Kansas City. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 15663, A.L. 1965 p. 170, A.L. 1969 H.B. 677)
