Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 59 Effective - 28 Aug 1998 59.220. Compensation of recorder of deeds (St. Louis City). — Beginning January 1, 1998, in the City of St. Louis, the recorder of deeds shall receive as total compensation an annual salary of fifty-eight thousand three hundred dollars and beginning January 1, 1999, in the City of St. Louis, the recorder of deeds shall receive as total compensation an annual salary of sixty-four thousand one hundred thirty dollars.
