Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 65 Effective - 28 Aug 2005 65.190. Failure to take oath — forfeiture. — If any township officer who is required by law to take the oath of office shall enter upon the duties of his office before he shall have taken such oath, he shall forfeit to the township the sum of one hundred dollars, to be collected and applied as in section 65.180.
