Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 67 • Effective - 28 Aug 1992 67.1212. Election to establish military airport zoning, ballot form. — 1. Before the county commission shall adopt any plan or create any township airport zoning commission provided for in sections 67.1200 to 67.1222, it shall order the question as to whether or not the county commission shall adopt military airport zoning, to be submitted to the voters of the township in which an airport hazard area exists. 2. The question shall be submitted in substantially the following form: Shall military airport zoning be adopted? ☐ YES ☐ NO If a majority of the votes cast on the question are in favor of the adoption of zoning, the county commission shall then proceed as provided in sections 67.1200 to 67.1222. -------- (L. 1992 H.B. 1434 & 1490 § 16)
