Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 67 • Effective - 28 Aug 1993 67.1247. Contracts and cooperation with other districts, colleges or universities to carry out responsibilities. — The board on behalf of the district may contract with or cooperate with any other county agricultural commodity research district and with the state university or any other college or university in this state to carry out the district's responsibilities under the provisions of sections 67.1230 to 67.1253. The board may also cooperate with and contract with the state department of agriculture or the United States Department of Agriculture. -------- (L. 1993 S.B. 84 § 9)
