Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 67 • Effective - 02 Jul 2001, see footnote 67.1864. District created in certain counties (includes Camden County). — 1. A district may be created to fund, promote, plan, design, construct, improve, maintain and operate one or more projects relating to law enforcement or to assist in such activity. 2. A district is a political subdivision of the state. 3.
