Monitoring of blasting operations permitted (St. Charles County). — Any charter county with a population of at least two hundred fifty thousand adjoining a charter county with a population of at least nine hundred thousand may conduct and pay for the monitoring of blasting operations, whether the blasting operation is located in an unincorporated area of the county or within the limits of a village, town, city, or municipality located within the county. -------- (L. 2005 S.B. 210)
