Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT Chapter 67 • Effective - 28 Aug 2012 67.5002. Name of district. — When a district authorized by section 67.5000 is created, it shall be a body corporate and a political subdivision of this state and the district shall be known as '______ Parks, Trails, and Greenways District'.
