Submission of question, formation or expansion of a regional recreation district, when. — If the governing body of the county finds that the petition and notice meets the requirements of sections 67.793 and 67.794, and that the boundaries as defined are reasonable boundaries for the formation of or addition to a regional recreational district, the question of the creation of or addition to a regional recreational district shall be submitted to the voters in the proposed or existing district. -------- (L. 1995 H.B. 88 § 4, A.L. 1999 S.B. 405)
