Not-for-profit organizations may acquire land or water rights in same manner, exception. — Any not-for-profit organization formed for the purpose of conserving open spaces in harmony with the policies recited in sections 67.870 to 67.910 may acquire in the same manner, other than by eminent domain, any such interest in land or water rights for the same purposes. -------- (L. 1971 H.B. 570 § 5)
