Allowances and benefits, all payments to be made from benefit reserve fund, when. — The board shall arrange for transfers to the benefit reserve fund so that thereafter all allowances and related benefits shall be paid from the benefit reserve fund. Such transfers shall be completed upon a determination by the board's actuary of the amounts of such transfers and shall consist of the following: (1) The reserve value of allowances payable from the employer's accumulation fund at time of transfer shall be transferred from the employer's accumulation fund; and (2) The reserve value of allowances payable from the casualty reserve fund at time of transfer shall be transferred from the casualty reserve fund. -------- (L. 1988 H.B. 1098)
