Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 100 • Effective - 28 Aug 1989 100.263. Infrastructure development fund, created, purpose — lapse into general revenue, prohibited. — An 'Infrastructure Development Fund' shall be established from which moneys shall be used to make low-interest or interest-free loans, loan guarantees, or grants to local political subdivisions and to state agencies. The fund may receive funds from the federal government for infrastructure development purposes, but other public or private funds may be received by the board for deposit in the fund. The general assembly may appropriate state moneys to the fund. The infrastructure development fund shall be administered by the board under the provisions of sections 100.250 to 100.297. Any moneys remaining in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall not revert to the general revenue fund. ­­-------- (L. 1989 H.B. 378)
