Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 71 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 71.080. Change not to affect rights accrued. — Nothing in sections 71.020 to 71.080 shall affect the rights or privileges of such city, town or village, or those of any person, as the same existed before such change of name.
