Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 71 Effective - 28 Aug 1939 71.110. Sale of commons — ordinances authorized. — The trustees, or body corporate, of said city, town or village, is hereby given full power and authority to pass any laws, bylaws, ordinance or other necessary provisions regulating and effecting the sale of said commons, or to perform, or cause to be performed, all acts that are, or may become, necessary to carry into full effect the sale of said commons by said city, town or village. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 7362) Prior revisions: 1929 § 7311; 1919 § 8650; 1909 § 9538
