Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 77 • Effective - 28 Aug 1987 77.044. Qualifications, compensation of administrator. — 1. The governing body shall provide, as minimum qualifications, that the city administrator be at least twenty-one years of age, and that he devote his full time to the performance of the duties of his office. The governing body may also require that the city administrator meet other personal qualifications. 2.
