Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 77 Effective - 28 Aug 1990 77.410. City clerk — duties. — The city clerk shall, among other duties, keep the journal of the proceedings of the council. He shall safely and properly keep all records and papers belonging to the city which may be entrusted to his care, and generally shall perform all the duties required of him by ordinance or orders of the council.
