Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 82 • Effective - 28 Aug 1990 82.311. License collector, St. Louis City, qualifications — residence requirement, violation, forfeiture of office. — 1. No person shall be elected or appointed to the office of license collector in any city not within a county who shall not have been a qualified voter of such city for one year next preceding his election or appointment. 2.
