Title VII CITIES, TOWNS AND VILLAGES Chapter 82 Effective - 28 Aug 1939 82.510. General duties. — The city treasurer shall perform such duties as are, or may be, required of him by the general laws of this state, and such duties as are, or may be, required of him by any ordinance or ordinances of any such city not inconsistent or in conflict with any such general law. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 7783)
